Making Progress

So far, I gained some weight and I'm @ 194 lbs. (that is good)

I have logged a total 480 minutes of activity. I am also trying to increase my potassium intake vs. salt intake. My doctor recommends the potassium to help retain liquids while exercising, and is better than increasing salt in my diet.

I am motivated to finish the week strong so I can take some time off for a long tailgate and game day vs. the Huskers of Corn.
